Dr. Raysa M. Dajer
Clinical Psychology Resident

Raysa Dr. Dajer has been working in the mental health field since 1997. She has extensive experience in treating mental health disorders, conducting individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, play therapy, group therapy, crisis interventions and defusing escalating situations. Dr. Dajer holds ample experience in working with a wide range of populations including, infant mental health and pediatrics, adolescents, pregnant teenagers and teen parents and their babies, adults, geriatrics, multi-diagnosed, inpatient, outpatient, substance abuse, LGBT, and department of transportation referrals. She is skilled in various evidenced based practices designed to help individuals, groups, and families master their cognitive, behavioral, and emotional problems.
Dr. Dajer is competent in psychological evaluations, which include: intellectual, personality, neuro-psychological, bio-psychosocial, dependency, forensic, vocational, clinical interviews, and bariatric surgery pre-operative evaluations as well as general psychological assessments. Dr. Dajer is skilled in managing, leading, overseeing and supervising mental health units and master’s level mental health clinicians. She is a versatile, dedicated professional, a committed team player and resourceful leader with proven ability to motivate and generate results through hands-on management and sound knowledge. Dr. Dajer has worked in both the public and private sectors as well as inpatient and outpatient facilities. Current preference is in providing mental health therapy services.
