Dr. Jose Nadine Garcon
Executive Director
 
JNG Health Network began servicing the South Florida Community in 2007, under the leadership of Dr. Jose Nadine Garcon. Since then, a vast number of children, adolescents, and adults have had outstanding mental health treatments, through evaluations, consultations, court representations, and mental health therapy. Dr. Garcon’s proficiency with the Haitian and Hispanic Population is instrumental in centering the offices in the Hialeah and North Lauderdale communities.
 
Current goal and interest is to continue with providing the South Florida Community with Quality Therapeutic Services.

Ashley Murray, BS
Administrative Supervisor
 

Ashley joined the JNG Health Team after obtaining her bachelor’s degree in biology and over 8 years of customer service experience. Prior to that Ashley also worked as a receptionist for over 4 years. Florida International University and a professional law firm are just some of the companies she has been to as a key member of their team. Ashley continues to enhance her skills in health care, administration, and management by continuing her education in the field, pursuing her master’s degree.

Ashley decided to join a mental health company because she feels her skills, assets, and customer service experience can contribute to the success of the client care experience.

On a more personal level, Ashley was born and raised in the heart of Miami, Florida. She enjoys watching newly seasoned shows, online shopping, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Sharon Joseph
Billing Specialist
 
Sharon joined the JNG team in May 2021 as the Billing Specialist after 30 years of experience working with other administrative teams in the medical field to include companies such as Smith Klein Beecham clinical Lab, Sheridan Health Corp and MCB Collection Services. Sharon loves accounting, money management, billing, and collecting. Her primary role is processing all billing timely and accurately. Sharon is always ready to resolve any challenges with payment and difficulties with third party payers such as the insurance companies.

Sharon is from the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad & Tobago and loves outdoor activities and hanging out at the beach. Her goals are to be respectful, patient, listen with compassion and assist all clients with their billing needs for the services rendered.

Daimys Jackson-Romero
Administrative Assistant
 

Daimys joined the JNG Health Team as an administrative assistant, after 5 years of customer service experience in working for various medical offices in Dade and Broward Counties.

Daimys is friendly, people-oriented, and dependable. With each greeting, our clients are aided in scheduling their appointments and with receiving the best possible care from our Clinical Team. She actively listens and guides each client through accessing the clinical services.  

On a personal level, Daimys was born and raised in Miami, Florida and is very familiar with the diversity of people and culture that this city brings. Being of Cuban and Jamaican descent, Daimys understand the complexity of being Afro Latina and Black Caribbean. Her interests are dancing, cooking, reading, and going to the beach.
