The Clinicians at JNG Health Network are passionate about helping the South Florida community in achieving great mental health. Quality Therapeutic Services is our priority. Payments received are designed to cover the actual cost of services rendered. All costs are fair and reasonable, and also compatible to or less than other providers.

Your payment for services rendered is an essential component of the relationship between You and JNG Health Network. Your ethics and financial responsibility is greatly appreciated. Please review the Client Payment Agreement for more information. Sliding fee scales and pro-bono services are provided.

Psychological Evaluations:
Private Payers
There are a great variety of psychological evaluations that can be conducted. As a result it is hard to pre-determine the cost of the service. Refer to the Client-Payment Agreement as a guide. The cost of the psychological evaluation is best determined after the General Clinical (Intake) Evaluation, based on need.
Psychological Evaluations:
Insurance
Most Insurance Companies require prior approval for evaluations. And they don't approve all requests. A General Clinical (Intake) Interview must be completed first. A request for testing is submitted immediately after. Testing begins after the Insurance Company approves the request. Co-Pay for Evaluation vary. An average of 10 units is usually needed.
